i've successfully completed my first individual presentation in SMU... hahhahha.. erhm.. should i said it's successful??? maybe, maybe not..okie, these are some of the comments given to me by my TA (Teaching Assistance)

"-- Very nicely done powerpoint slides.
-- Very informative content with trivia yet insightful points.
-- However, you need to work on projecting your voice. Don't "swallow" your voice.
-- You could have maintain more eye contact with your audience.
-- Time Management!

Overall, could see that you were very well prepared.

okie, think i made the same mistake again.. i wasn't projecting my voice and eye contact issue.. hiaz.. i shouldn't be making these mistakes.. i've presented millions of time in poly and i should hav perfected my presentation skills.. think i'm too nervous yesterday.. or maybe the target audience is different as compared to poly... hahahaa.. anyway, it's FINALLY over.. i dun hav to keep worrying about it anymore.. i'm gonna work hard and do my best in my coming two tests.. pray hard for me.. cya..

hahhaa.. din blogged for so so so long.. actually there's lots of interesting stuff but i'm simply too lazy to blog..

Meeting with Meowling and gang

ok, i've mentioned in my blog earlier that i'm meeting meowling and gang.. yah, its a rare chance that we can have a gathering.. too bad, liting was't there cos she having OT.. ok, all of them are fine.. Suken got a boyfriend.. quite a "big" guy ah.. he's tall man.. and he rode a bike.. he's so sweet.. he came all the way from the east to city hall to fetch suken home.. i'm jealous.. no one offer to giv me a ride.. sob sob.. hahhaa.. anyway, i'm happy for my friend for finding such a good guy.. hope the two of u "chang chang jiu jiu wor" we chatted and laughed a lot man.. mingshan is still the same old her.. keep emphasizing she's fat when she's not.. meowling is still the "always busy meowling".. busy with her work, her family and of course her boyfriend.. hey friend, when u getting married ah? ur guy is not so young already k.. hee hee~~ get married soon lah..

Meeting with Zhen Rong

Shun and I finally met up with Zhenrong on one of the saturday.. its actually quite an awkward meeting.. we haven been meeting for like 4 years.. hahahaha.. its like meeting a stranger.. though we are good friends when we are in sec sch.. we had dinner at Sakae Sushi and we chatted there.. its good to see olf friends again.. knowing that he's fine and he's doing well in NS.. and he will be in NTU nxt year doing Engineering.. work hard friend, ur parents will be proud of you.. yah, a little gossip.. Zhen rong has two sister, an elder sis and a younger sis.. and i think their family genes are good man.. both his sisters are now in NTU.. which means by the time he graduates from NTU.. his family will hav 3 graduates.. wah, he's parents muz be damn happy and proud..

Help... i'm having an individual presentation later on and i'm having my FA test on sat and my statistic test on mon.. help.. help.. help.. how i wished my presentation will be over and then i can put in all my efforts in studying for my 2 tests.. oh yah, Shun POP last fri.. i went for his POP parade ah.. Bryan also POP on fri but too bad i din see him tt day.. yeah, Shun coming back today.. he went Tioman on Sun with his bunk mate and will be coming back today.. yeeppi yeah.. though i wont be able to accompany him much for the following few days but the sight of him around me is enough for me.. hahahhaa.. easily satisfied girl.. hahhaha.. and nxt week is my term break.. one week break.. but i dun think that i'm having a break.. my next week schedule is almost full.. worse than my class timetable.. so sad.. got test on mon afterwhich gonna do my LTB proj on mon, tues and wed.. hav to do FA prog discussion on wed..and there's still more to come.. hopefully i can get a break on thurs and fri.. and Shun will know his posting result this fri.. hopefully he can get into the places that he wants.. but it will be best if he's posted to khatib camp.. hahahhaa.. cos its just a road across my house.. hahhahaha...

I'm angry, sad, emotional, feeling lonely, stressed.....

Where are you when i needed you most? You booked out early today but it made no difference for me.. u weren't by my side when i needed you.. i'm feeling helpless and stressed now.. All i need is having u by my side encouraging me and giving me your full support. You asked me the night b4 to go out with u and company today.. i made my decision.. i'm planning to go with you.. but when u reached home just now, u called me and tell me u are going out.. i'm just waiting for u to ask me out.. i will go.. tt is if u asked me.. but u din.. wats on your mind is just to go out with ur co.. wats abt me?????? u hav been my motivation of my week.. i did all my work and proj on weekday so tt i can hav my whole weekend for u... u disappoint me.. i've been happily looking forward for ur early book out this week but u dun give a damn care abt me.. i'm sad.. very sad... all i need from u is some care and love.....

I'm going off to the library now.. going alone...
its supposed to be a wonderful night 2night but it wasn't now... i noe u wouldn't call... u will nvr call me tonight.. u get carried away once u are out and i'm not going to give a damn care abt wat u do and where u go.. i know u will be back in the wee hours of the day.. i'm not going to care about u....

Today is Thursday.. Yipeee.. So happy today.. gonna go to sch later for my FA class.. after tt staying in sch to do my homework...(thanks debbie for staying with me after sch..) then, i'm meeting meowling and gang... yes, finally meeting the four of them, Suken, meowling, liting and mingshan.. i missed them so so so much.. they are a bunch of very good friends that i had made in my poly education.. i feel very comfortable being with anyone of them.. we had been "sticking" 2gether during yr 1 in poly.. though we got seperated in yr 2, we are still very good friends.. though we din meet up so often, we still chat up on msn and we are all aware of how each other was doing.. All of them are working now.. so nice of it.. and that means we hav lesser time to meet. They are so busy with work that its so hard to get everyone together..anyway, gonna hav fun today.. gonna gossip later.. i'm so excited.. hee hee~~ will update again when i'm back.. ciao..

hee hee~~ its been like one whole week tt i din blogged. so sorry.. i wasn't in the mood to blog. Days were filled with classes, assignments, proj meeting, self- reading, community service.. i'm going CRAZY.. CRAZY.. CRAZY..

There's nth much to blog too.. the same routine everyday.. i'm feeling very sick and tired of studying.. hahaha.. think i had never been so hardworking b4 in my whole 20 years of life.. though i'm onli taking 4 modules but i feel so much stress as compared to the 6 modules that i took in sp.. hiaz.. and the pace of teaching is realli fast.. can u imagine learning the debit/credit issue and writing journals and posting them to the relavant accounts in 1 single lesson.. ok, at least i learnt that b4 so it's not really a problem for me.. but can u imagine those JC ppl who dun hav any accounting background to master it in 1 lesson.. yes, they can.. they are able to cope lor.. u see how clever they are.. i'm so stressed..

I hav to go through the textbook after every lesson to reinforce and get a better understanding of the concept. One major disadvantage of combining tutorial and lecture 2gether is that we hav less opportunity to go through what we hav learnt in class.. u see, if we hav seperate lecture and tutorial, we can absorb from the lecture and after lecture, we will prepare our tutorial and in the process of doing the tutorial, we get a chance to read through what we have been taught. Its like double revision.. hiaz, but for SMU, there's onli one straight 3 hrs class for each module per week.. basically we dun hav tutorial.. is lecture most of the time, but their lecture is sort of a two way discussion lecture..

i'm taking Financial Accounting this term and my prof is a Korean guy. He even taught us simple Korean Language in between our FA class.. hahaha.. quite a nice guy except that he LOVES to giv us LOTS of work.. can u imagine that we hav to do PROJECT for FA.. yes, we hav to hand in assignments (homework problems) weekly, we hav group quiz almost every other week, we hav to present a case work (something like ans a few qns regarding a specific company's financial reports) and hav to submit a written report of an analysis of a specific co.'s financial report (grp work) and all these constitutes to our final grade.. and not forgetting that we still hav mid-term test and main exam.. Ai yo, hav to do so much in order to get our grade.. so ke lian ah..
